Shepherd'S Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 loaf French bread
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef, add onions, green peppers and cream of mushroom soup.
Let simmer.
Cut top off of bread and remove bread, leaving shell.
Add bread to meat mixture.
Pour mixture into French bread shell and top with cheese.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
