Cranberry-Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oranges or tangerines
rind of the oranges, grated
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated ginger (I use candied ginger)
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 bag fresh cranberries
Preparation

Grate orange or tangerine rind in blender; set aside and grind the oranges in blender.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Boil until skins pop, then simmer 5 minutes or so.
Stir occasionally. If not quite sweet enough when you taste it before simmering, add a little more brown sugar.
