Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. brisket
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. red wine (Gallo Burgundy)
    small red potatoes
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into an oven cooking plastic bag and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
