Hazelnut Torte(Hasselnott Torte) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 3/4 oz.) hazelnuts (about 1 3/4 c. grated)
    2 Tbsp. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend flour, baking powder and grated nuts together and set aside.
    Beat eggs until thick and pale.
    Gradually blend in sugar. Gently fold nut-flour mixture into the egg mixture.
    Turn batter into 2 (8-inch) greased cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
    Invert pans and let layers hang until cool.
    Remove from pans.
    Fill with 1 cup sweetened whipped cream.
    Sprinkle top of torte with confectioners sugar.
