Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
Cover bottom of pan with coconut and pecans.
Mix cake mix according to box directions. Pour over coconut and pecans.
In large bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter.
Add powdered sugar.
Mix well.
Spoon over cake batter.
Do not stir.
Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until done.
