Mexican Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refried beans
1 jar salsa (Ortega thick and chunky works best)
1 bunch green onions, chopped (including greens)
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix beans with 1 to 2 tablespoons salsa until creamy.
Spread on bottom of container (quiche dish works perfectly).
Cover bean with layer of salsa.
Next, layer green onions.
Spread sour cream over onion layer.
Cover entire top with cheese.
Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving to let flavors set.
Serve with tortilla chips.
