Hearty Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round or sirloin
    4 c. water
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper, oregano, celery seed
    1 c. fresh or frozen cut green beans
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven or large sauce pan, brown beef, then drain. Add the remaining ingredients except green beans.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Add beans.
    Bring back to a boil and cook about 15 more minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Yield:
    about 2 quarts.
