Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix corn bread ingredients together and set aside.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Then add other ingredients.
    Cook until all liquid is gone.
    Prepare pan.
    Grease pan.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of corn meal.
    Pour half corn meal mixture in pan.
    Pour meat mixture on top.
    Sprinkle 1 (8 ounce) package of Cheddar cheese on top of meat.
    Then pour rest of corn meal mixture on top.
    Cook 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
