New York Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
    1 lb. Cream Cheese
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    2 Eggs
    2/3 c. Sugar
    1 pt. Sour Cream
    1/3 c. Sugar
    1 lb. Fresh Strawberries
    1 tbsp. Corn Starch
    1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
    Combine in a mixing bowl, Cream Cheese, Eggs, 1 tsp.
    Vanilla and 2/3 c. Sugar.
    Beat well about 5 minutes.
    Place in Pie Crust and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Iincrease oven temperature to 400 degrees.
    Remove from oven and let cool.
    Combine in a mixing bowl, Sour Cream, 1/3 c. Sugar, and 1 tsp.
    Vanilla, mix well. Pour mixture over cooled Pie, then place in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
    Remove Pie and chill.
