Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    2 large tomatoes
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    dash of garlic powder
    oregano
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until half done.
    Peel and dice into large cubes.
    Place in casserole.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, chop onion, bell pepper and tomatoes. Combine oil and vinegar.
    Add garlic powder and oregano to taste.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Mix well and pour over potatoes.
    Cover.
    Bake until potatoes are done, about 1 hour.
