Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    24 large marshmallows
    6 oz. strawberry jello
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. drained pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and combine juice of pineapple with marshmallows and jello; stir over low heat until all are dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Add cottage cheese, drained pineapple and pecans.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour in pan, chill until firm, cut in 2-inch squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
