Humpty-Dumpty Egg Breakfast - cooking recipe

Humpty-Dumpty egg holders

Preparation

Soft-boil eggs; make sure the yolk is fluid.
Make toast and smear with butter; cut into 1-inch wide longitudinal strips.
When eggs are soft-boiled, place them into the Humpty-Dumpty egg holders.
Crack open and peel off top 1/4 of egg shell to expose delicious liquid yolk.
Add salt and pepper to taste to egg yolk.
