Chicken Gizzard Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. or less oil
1 large onion
3 tsp. curry
1 lb. gizzards
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Place oil in skillet.
Add sliced onion and saute.
Add curry and quartered gizzards.
Cook until onion is done.
Add both tomato sauce and tomato paste and 1 large can of water.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
Add water, if needed.
Add more curry to taste.
Serve over rice.
