Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large (40 oz.) cans marrow beans
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark syrup
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 large whole onion
1/2 lb. bacon strips
1 c. ketchup (optional)
Preparation

Mix dry mustard with vinegar.
Combine with all ingredients. Pour into baking dish.
Place onion in center.
Put bacon on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
