Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 grated carrot
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
Preparation
-
Layer first 6 ingredients as listed in airtight bowl.
Combine last 3 ingredients; boil until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over slaw and do not stir.
