Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked chicken, shredded
    2 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
    1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
    7 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil. (May need to add enough water to cover ingredients.) Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
