Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. white syrup (Karo)
    2 c. raw peanuts
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup, peanuts and salt in iron skillet until it changes color to light brown, stirring constantly.
    Take from heat and add vinegar and baking soda.
    Pour on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet.
    Let cool.
    Break in pieces.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
