Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.
    Pat in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan (glass pan works best).
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Mix the sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and baking powder together; add to the beaten eggs, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
    Mix well; spread over cooked crust.
    Bake again for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 96 desserts.
