Pink Lady - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    4 c. vegetable cocktail juice
    3 Tbsp. cucumber, chopped
    1 tsp. green pepper, chopped
    dash of garlic salt
    celery stalk (garnish, optional)
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients except celery together in blender 2 minutes, then serve.
    Garnish with celery for a dieter's lunch. Serves 6.
