1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained
1 c. minced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
fresh radishes (optional)
Preparation

Make this appetizer using any 4-cup mold or two (2 cup) molds. Coat the molds with cooking spray and set aside.
