Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil or butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. water
    2 potatoes, washed and sliced
    5 carrots, washed and sliced
    2 c. milk
    some pepper and chopped dill
Preparation
    Heat oil or butter in a pan and cook onion until soft (5 minutes).
    Add water, potatoes and carrots.
    Cover.
    Cook about 15 minutes.
    Blend in a blender.
    Return ingredients to pot and add milk.
    Warm over low heat and add pepper and dill.
