Herb Rau'S World'S Greatest Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoke cooked pork, diced
    1 lb. boned cooked chicken, diced
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    16 oz. ketchup
    1 1/2 lb. onions, peeled and chopped
    2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. spicy barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/4 c. honey or pancake syrup
    3 cans cream-style corn
Preparation
    In heavy pot, saute onions in a little oil until onions are transparent.
    Then add everything, except the corn.
    Stir well. Simmer about 2 hours or until stew is thick.
    Then add the corn and simmer another 30 minutes.
    If stew is too thin, add potato flakes to thicken.
    Makes approximately 1 gallon.
