Papaya And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 papaya, peeled, seeded, sliced
    2 ripe avocados, peeled, sliced
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    bok choy or iceberg lettuce
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine papaya, mandarins and avocados in bowl.
    Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended, pour over mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours, turning mixture 2 or 3 times. Serve on bed of bok choy or lettuce.
    Serves 4.
