Halibut-Vegetable Dinner Bake(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. halibut steaks or other fish steaks (fresh or frozen)
2/3 c. thinly sliced onion
1 1/2 c. chopped, fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. chopped tomato
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. white pepper
lemon wedges
Preparation

Thaw fish, if frozen; cut into serving size portions.
Arrange onion in bottom of greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Top onion with fish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top of fish.
Combine wine, lime juice and seasonings; pour over vegetables.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges.
