Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. dried smoked ham (Land of Frost)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
crushed pecans (to cover cheese ball)
Preparation

Chop ham very fine.
Mix all other ingredients, except crushed pecans, and put into refrigerator until you can form into a ball. Roll in crushed pecans.
