Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 Tbsp. vanilla
2 baked pie shells
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter in mixer bowl.
Add egg, salt and vanilla.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Spoon into pie shells. Chill whipped cream until stiff.
Fold in nuts and pineapple. Pour over sugar mixture; chill thoroughly.
Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
