Heavenly Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white rice (cooked)
1 pt. can pineapple, cut into small pieces
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. Royal Anne's sweet cherries, halved, pitted and drained
Preparation

Put cooked rice that has been drained in colander and cold water run through it into bowl.
Add pineapple and some of the juice (not all).
Add whipped cream beaten stiff and cherries. Serve cold with nuts, chopped fine, sprinkled on top if desired.
