Low-Fat Banana Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. wheat bran
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 egg whites
1/2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add milk, molasses, oil and egg whites all at once, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in bananas.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
