Pineapple Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 (8 3/4 oz. size) cans crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 drops yellow food color
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in undrained pineapple and the lemon juice.
    Bring to boiling, stirring, over medium heat.
    Boil for one minute.
    Mixture will be thickened and translucent.
    Stir in food color.
    Let cool thoroughly before spreading over top of cooled cheesecake.
