Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. imitation crab meat
1/2 c. green onions and tops, sliced
1/4 tsp. parsley
4 Tbsp. ripe olives, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.
In a bowl mix crab cut in chunks, celery, onion, parsley and sliced olives.
Add cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix thoroughly.
