"Tomato Soup" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. fresh tomatoes
    1 bunch celery
    6 large onions
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    2 sticks oleo
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut up tomatoes, celery and onions.
    Cook vegetables together until tender.
    Run through colander.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Heat, but not to boiling.
    Add oleo and flour; blend well and add to soup.
    Stir until all is dissolved.
    Put in jars and seal. Pressure 10 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.
    Or use water bath 15 or 20 minutes.
    Let cool and remove jars.
    Will keep well until all used up.
    Very tasty!
