Frosted Grapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

grapes, green or purple
1 or more egg whites
granulated sugar
Preparation

Place grapes on a wire rack (individually or in bunches). Beat egg whites just until frothy.
Using a paint brush, brush the grapes with the egg whites.
Drain.
While grapes are wet with the egg whites, sprinkle with granulated sugar to create a frosted look.
Allow to dry in a cool place.
Do not refrigerate.
Use the same day.
