Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. hot red peppers, chopped and seeds removed
1 1/2 c. sweet bell peppers, chopped
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid pectin (Certo)
Preparation

Grind peppers; add to vinegar and sugar.
Boil 3 minutes.
Add pectin.
Boil for 1 minute.
Let set 5 minutes.
Put in jars.
