Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    3 beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients except egg whites.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Butter spring pan and line with graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter (approximately 2 dozen crackers).
    Save some crumbs for decoration.
    Pour in cream cheese/egg mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Set aside to cool (about 1/2 hour).
