Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/4 tsp. dried herb (basil, oregano or tarragon)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thinly slice potatoes and onion.
    In 9-inch pie pan, layer 1/2 the potatoes and 1/2 the onion.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon dried herb (basil, oregano or tarragon).
    Drizzle with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Repeat the layers.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Uncover, bake 10 to 20 minutes. Can also microwave covered with Saran Wrap.
    Do not overcook.
