Fettucine With Shrimp And Green Onion Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. wine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
8 oz. uncooked spinach fettucine
Preparation

Saute shrimp in butter for 5 minutes.
Remove and drain.
Add onions and saute until tender.
Add broth, milk, Parmesan cheese, wine, pepper and nutmeg.
Stir well.
Combine cornstarch and water, then add to mixture.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Add shrimp and cook until thoroughly heated.
Toss with cooked noodles.
