Flounder Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. flounder
Preparation
    Saute onions, green pepper
    and mushrooms.
    Add seasonings and tomatoes.
    Cook 3 minutes.\tAdd fish and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes.
    Serve over rice.
