Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, well drained or 1 c. cooked leftover corn
vegetable oil or shortening for deep fat frying
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt onto waxed paper. Combine eggs and milk in a medium-size bowl; add dry ingredients and beat lightly to mix.
Stir in oil and corn.
