Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef
16 oz. can refried beans
10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
12 flour tortillas
2 bags shredded cheese
15 oz. can chili (no beans)
salt and pepper to taste
Tex Joy seasoning to taste
sour cream
Preparation

Brown, season, and drain ground meat;
Add refried beans, mixing well.
Remove from heat; add tomatoes.
In a 9x13 inch pan layer ingredients beginning with 1/2 meat mixture, 1/3 cheese and 6 tortillas.
Repeat ending with tortillas.
Spread chili evenly over tortillas.
Then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is browned.
Serve with sour cream.
