Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 extra large egg
    1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion and Miracle Whip
    heaping Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. packaged seasoned stuffing
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake it in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat an extra large egg and add to bowl with a can of undiluted cream of celery soup.
    Mix in well 1/2 cup each of chopped onion and Miracle Whip.
    Add lemon juice, stuffing and salt.
    Lightly grease a loaf pan, pour in mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
