Gold Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    dash of rubbed sage
    1 small green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops (use shortening if necessary); pour off fat.
    Stir in soup, water, carrots, onion and sage.
    Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes.
    Add green pepper; cook 15 minutes more or until done.
    Stir occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
