Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. bourbon (optional)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. pork tenderloin
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 to 3 chopped green onions
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, bourbon (if desired), and brown sugar and marinate pork several hours, turning occasionally.
