Pecan Cheese Wafers Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 c. flour
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Cream the butter and blend with cheese. Add salt, pepper and flour.
    Mix in pecans thoroughly. Divide dough into two parts and form each half into a long roll about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    The rolls may be frozen for later use.
