Baked Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (4 oz.) fresh or frozen fillets
1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives or sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Thaw fish if frozen.
Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
Spray a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating; set aside.
