Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

unbaked pie shell
1 c. cubed ham or bacon or 1 can crab meat
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. light cream or half and half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
pinch of red pepper
Preparation

Place ham, cheese and onion on bottom of pie shell.
Beat eggs and blend in rest of ingredients.
Pour over mixture in shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0; reduce to 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes to set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
