Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. raisins and nuts or diced, dried peaches
3 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. All-Bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. flour
Preparation
-
Beat egg slightly; add sour milk.
Soak All-Bran in this for 20 minutes.
Add other ingredients.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0. Makes 12 muffins.
