No Sugar Fruit And Nut Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    10 pitted dates
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    2/3 c. nuts
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation
    Soak raisins in hot water and drain.
    Place fruits and nuts in food processor, then dry ingredients.
    Process a few seconds.
    Add margarine, egg, vanilla and sweetener.
    Process until all is mixed.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
    (These burn easily.
    I use an insulated sheet.)
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 or 10 minutes.
    Remove to a paper to cool.
    These keep well in refrigerator.
