Quick Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. crushed Shredded Wheat
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Pierce spinach packages.
    Thaw in microwave for 2 minutes, using package directions; drain.
    Saute onion in 1 teaspoon margarine in skillet or microwave.
    Beat eggs in bowl.
    Add spinach, onion, cheese, soup and thyme; mix well.
    Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle mixture of cereal and 2 tablespoons margarine around edge of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 minutes.
