Stuffed Jumbo Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    oregano to taste
    1 egg, beaten
    36 jumbo shells
    tomato sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, spinach, cottage cheese, garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, egg and seasonings well with hands.
    Cook shells and keep in cold water until ready to use.
    Then stuff them with mixture; arrange in baking dish, overlapping them.
    Spoon tomato sauce on them and grate Mozzarella over top.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 uncovered until cheese is brown.
