Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    3 cans beef bouillon
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 c. English peas
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley (dry)
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Add ground beef cooking lightly.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and 2 cans of water.
    Cook covered 45 minutes.
